Persyaratan:
- Capable of working under pressure
- A good command in English both verbal and written is a must
- Computer (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Internet literate

- Perform any other duties as required include related paperwork
- Identify trends and systemic operational problems in the service channels and implement customer service focused.
- Advise and assist students choosing the right institutions and destination.
- Assist and advice students on accurate information in all aspect both educational and non-educational.
- Involved in promotions, campaign and special event activities
