Persyaratan:
- Female, age max 35 years old
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Phsycology/ equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Proficient to operate computer (Ms. Excel is a must, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point), an internet and email
- Familiar with HR Policies, procedures, rules, and SOP.
- Having strong leadership, high motivation, commitment to achieve target, accessable (able to contacted anytime anywhere), smart, problem solving skill, and goodlooking.
- Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, people development, and training.
- Develop, improve, and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives.
- Partner with head department to ensure a solid succession plan is in place for all critical roles.
- Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner for the company.
- Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR function as necessary.
- Become a role model of company culture and lead programs than ensure culture education and practise.
- Responsible for General Affair issue such as : maintain and manage company asset (building, cars, utilities, etc).
