Persyaratan:
- Female, age max 35 years old
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degreein Business Studies/ Management/ equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience as a leader.
- Proficient to operate computer (Ms. Excel is a must, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point), an internet and email
- Good command of spoken and written English and Indonesia
- Possessing a strong leadership skill, excellent communicator with excellent selling, networking, presentation, negotiation, accessable (able to contacted anytime anywhere), smart, problem solving skill, and goodlooking.
- Experience in the bidding process in various B2B business
- Be able to operate Amadeus or sabre system will be an advantage
- Prepare and impelement the strategy to market and business development
- Direct all operational aspects by managing team in HR, sales, finance, and customer service
- Assist to achieve sales and profit target form selling GDS, domestic ticket, hotel reservation, document, cruise, themes park, and tour products.
- Handling complaint effectively and quick responsive for a good solution
- Develop the team KPI and lead the team to achieve targets.
