Persyaratan:
- More than 8 years experiences in telecommunications sales, business development, channel management in South East Asia telecommunication sector
- Experience in identifying business opportunities, justify resources, and create and present winning strategy
- Selling complex technical solutions to both Carrier (SP) and Enterprise (non-SP) Customers
- Experience in establishing and managing proficiently channel and partner landscape
- Good knowledge of NGN Optical DWDM and Metro based network transport and datacentre solutions
- Ability to present with clarity ADVA Solution value propositioning to customers and partners
- Good English language skill, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to create close and constant customer and partners engagements while maintaining constant internal team communications pertinent to bring forward support and winning resources
- Strong and persistent negotiation skills and business awareness
- Preference to candidate with Malay language speaking skill
- Support Sales strategy, including business plan of target customer groups
- Be responsible for Business development, account hunting, channel and customer acquisition
- Establish & manage key customer and channel relationships
- Be responsible for overall OE target planning and achievement for the assigned countries
- Negotiate contract and agreements, including upkeep of same, with channels/customers and ADVA departments
- Present and successfully position ADVA products and services
- Implement and control the sales processes for the accounts / VAR’s including forecasting (MAX) updates, customer service, tracking of overdue invoices, loan planning and monthly reporting
- Support the sales input to the product line management, competitors and market analysis
