Persyaratan:

• Bachelor degree from Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4 years of Procurement Supervisor. Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
• Will be base in Jakarta
• Full-time, Permanent

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop, implement and drive procurement sourcing strategies for the key spend categories
• Initiate and lead cross-functional initiatives in optimization of suppliers, materials and services and achieve cost savings and quality and process improvements
• Manage the organization of the Purchase-to-Pay process
• Identify and build strategy partnerships and alliances with selected key suppliers in the management of external supplier relationships
• Obtain the best price, products, term and condition from the vendors and service providers to meet organization operation needs within budget from all division
• Maintain and update database of business partners (vendors and service providers) accounts including business contacts, product / service provided, business profile, credibility, purchased record. Evaluate their performance record.
• Maintain and update database of the procurement policy, standard procedure, guideline and forms
