Persyaratan:

• Bachelor degree from any majors. Master degree of Hospital Management is preferred.
• 4 years of Operation Clinic Manager. Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred
• Expertise in operations management, customer / feedback management and service quality in the healthcare industry
• Successful track record of achieve sales target
• Strong leadership and people management
• Good networking with Dinas Kesehatan
• Will be base in Margonda
• Full-time, Permanent

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead the operation teams in supporting the delivery of quality clinical care, in continuous improvement of clinic operations policies, systems, and processes, service quality and operations capabilities.
• Work closely with Medical Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, as well as in the planning and implementation of new business initiatives.
