Persyaratan:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Business Management or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extreme organizational skills as well as a proactive nature
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanour and good customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- Proficient skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good judgment, high levels of integrity and quality at all times
- Responsible individual able to execute with minimal direction
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Possess ability to work independently and create a productive work environment
- Provide full administrative support to its Malaysia/Indonesia office, to include answering high volume switchboard, mail distribution, office cleanliness, maintaining office supply inventory, preparation of outgoing mail and packages, ensuring operation of general office equipment and filing as needed
- Provide remote assistance to Singapore/Malaysia and Indonesia offices with its administrative tasks
- Event planning to include scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, logistics & catering
- Coordinate and arrange travel, including assistance on visa applications for regional employees
- Consistent availability and ability to serve as a central contact to people inside and outside the company: employees, customers, vendors, visitors and building management
- Provide assistance to regional employees with expense receipt review and report follow-up
- Manage and support the Finance team with preparing and maintaining financial accounts and the facilities budget
- Support other office managers when required
- Manage the day to day running of the local corporate apartment
- Social and cultural care taken of the office
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Assist with employee induction to include new hire orientation and other administrative items
- Assist with employee transfers and relocations
