• Fluent in English – both oral & written

• Had experience in food industries is an advantage
• Minimum Experience 3 years in a similar position for Sales & Marketing 
• Hardworking, highly disciplined, fast learner & team player

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assisting Account Manager/ Sales Officer on sales related stuffs like entering orders, gathering documents, answering phone calls, and handling House accounts. Interact with customers to provide information about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints
• Traces status of orders from entered until shipped. Make sure that there is no problem with the orders
• Responds to customer inquiries or requests through phone calls or emails
• Receives customer questions related to products, services, orders and etc, take orders as needed. Help to resolve if there’s any problem occurred
