Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Zalora Indonesia is searching for a Project Manager to take the responsibility in planning and executing multiple exciting projects across Zalora.
• Projects will be in the scope of but not limited to Customer Experience, Payments, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Customer Service and endless opportunity.
• This role will report to Head of Project Management and Customer Experience and will be based in Jakarta.
• Preparing, planning & executing projects and improvement initiatives affecting company wide in areas of Customer Experience, Payments, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Customer Service
• Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses
• Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
• Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
• Deliver significant operational improvement, financial benefits and better customer experience to meet annual target
