• Maintain documentation
• Take charge in cross functional teams to create and update product documentation
• Developed reports, charts and graphs to analyze critical data
• Write easy to understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
• Write technical documentation for internal and external developer audience
• Revise documents as new issues arise
