Persyaratan:

• Maximum 28 years old
• 1-2 years’ experience in contact center/ customer service management
• Good in English, mandarin is a plus
• Bachelor degree from any major
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Customer-Satisfaction oriented
• Excellent communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
• Able to operate Excel, Word, Power Point

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries
• Identify and assess Online Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with Online Customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Able to apply CRM theory in order to maintain relation with online customer
