Persyaratan:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting / MBA in Business Administration
• Min 5 years experience in finance, project controls, and accounting
• Strong analitical and attention to detail
• High degree of experience and proficiency with Excel
• Placement will be in South Tangerang, Jakarta and Bekasi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Perform feasibility studies and market research for New Projects or expansion.
• Ensure budgetary controls pertaining to New Projects and renovations
• Provide Profit and Loss Projection for New Projects.
• Perform other relevant duties as deemed necessary by the Director related to financial,   project control, and contractual.
• Plan and schedule for new project.,provide feasibility study for new project.,join tender process meeting with contractors, suppliers and QS team and review contractual contractors & vendors for new project.
• Conduct payment process &Provide weekly CMC Director report to
• Monitor project cost and S-curve Monitor Tender Evaluation Report (TER) for new project.
