Persyaratan:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Business Management, Marketing, or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in administrative management
- Well understanding of business practice and rules
- Good at planning and highly motivated and results-oriented individual
- Technically proficient in MS Office and other Windows based-programs
- Good written and verbal in English & Korea,excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and the desire to work in collaborative team environment
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bogor and Jakarta
- Full time position available
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management of the Company
- Coordinate the meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
- Able to maintain proper filling system to ensure easty retrieval
- Able to handle various kind of project management office affairs
- Handle business correspondences drafting , minutes taking, and numerical data analyzing
