Posisi: Associate Safety Consultant
Lokasi: DKI Jakarta
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Occupational Health or equivalent, with additional professional qualifications in Fire & Safety Management Systems from reputable university
- Master’s Degree is advantageous
- Experienced as a SHE consultant for at least 15 years in related fields
- Certified occupational health professional (Ahli K3 Umum and SMK3) and experience with Global MNC
- Good understanding & experience in the implementation of ISO 45001 HSE
- Experience in workplace safety and handling of emergency situations
- Must possess great communication skills and leadership skills
- Must be proficient in the English language
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Support with Environmental, Health & Safety audits, inspections and investigations for clientele across Indonesia
- Lead a team to conduct audits, inspections and investigations, providing findings and recommendations to top management, and following up as required
- Provide training to employees in relation to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards
- Communicate and coordinate with all relevant parties in Safety, Health and Environment related matters
- Provide occupational safety and health expertise and insight
- Planning and structuring of audit plan
- Facilitation of safety culture perception surveys
- Assess the safety capabilities and safety culture performance of clients
- Prepare and generate audit report
- Carry out consultancy services and migration of OH&S management
