Persyaratan:
- Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Double click Bid Manager, Google Tag Manager experience
- Facebook ADS handling experience at least 3 years
- Ms Office, Access powerpoin
- Good at presentation
- Good in English
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Digital sales strategy development for different channels and countries, creation of separate strategies for each traffic source
- Media plans and forecasts for future activities, including online and offline
- Daily/weekly/monthly control of acquisition funnels and ads performance
- Control and coordination of agencies and affiliate partners
- Control and launching of projects with affiliate partners (incl Preparing technical requirements for implementation postback or other tracking)
- Handling of Google and Facebook - Full understanding of all settings of these marketing tools: specific targetings, preparing custom audience list, forecast, analysis. Different types of campaigns (CPC, CPL, CPM etc)
- Control and review of sms and email content
