Persyaratan:
- Platform : Microsoft Windows (Linux / Mac OS is plus)
- Language : C#, JavaScript, SQL, PLSQL, T-SQL
- User Interface : HTML, CSS, CSHTML
- Frontend Framework : Jquery, AngularJS dan Kendo UI (ReactJS is plus)
- Backend Framework : ASP.NET MVC 5 (ASP.NET Core is plus), EntityFramework
- Reporting : DevExpress Xtra Report, Telerik Report & MS Reporting
- Database : Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL
- Experience in Android development is plus
- Understand & Join full cycle of project and Development from user initiation to implementation using PDCA cycle concept
- Consult & coordinate with users about their request triggering by WRF (Work Request Form)
- Analyze the requirements with doing "GENBA" & "5W1H" well, and design to develop the appropriate solution
- Develop programs, system specs and documentation to complete the end user needs.
- Ensure standards are met for programs, job procedures and layouts for report, screen and forms.
- Ensure timely development & implementation of the project are on time.
- Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects in designated development code
- Create & maintain system documentation using standard system documentation templates.
- Doing test on systems that has been created by developers to ensure code of the program in accordance with the requirements.
- Help & train users to be able to use the system adequately and efficiently.
- Ensure all preparation for Go Live is completed by using Go Live Check List
- Reviewing and contributing ideas for development of the system and also transfer knowledge to team members.
- Do always "HORENSO" (Report, Communicate, Consult) with internal IT and users.
- Updating of project status to Project Manager or Leader
- Understanding Business Process and To Be
- Be open-minded to alternative approaches to business scenarios.
