Persyaratan:
  • High school, diploma  or degree required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience can be taken in lieu of a formal education.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience in a similar role will be added advantage
  • Excellent customer service mindset and superb communication skills (written, oral and electronic). 
  • High level of attention to detail with a love for organizing. 
  • Must be fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Well organized with excellent communication skills
  • Very good command of English and Indonesian in both communication and writing skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Able to work independently and possess good organizational skills  
  • Preferably female candidate
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Organizing clients files and documents, and communicating client information to reps, management, or other staff as needed
  • Perform Stock Count in Warehouse and ensure accuracy of the stock level
  • Provide after-sales support to clients when needed
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, or work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems (as well as to solve these problems)
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials for events and conferences
  • Experienced in shipping field will be added advantages
  • To support sales department and assisting customer inquiries/ complaint
  • To work closely with other departments within the organizations on all customers-related affairs
  • To liaise and coordinate with sales team pertaining to customers order
  • Handle sales administrative works which include preparing quotation, order processing, delivery, follow-up, invoicing and sales reporting
  • To handle walk in customer and inquiry from customer through phone
  • Support daily operation transactions
  • To make sure stock availability and monitoring
