Persyaratan:
- Preferably in the same field or related Industry
- Graduate Diploma III or equivalent
- At least two (2) to three (3) years’ work experience.
- Able to operate a windows computer (excel word power point etc.)
- Working Knowledge on sales and marketing techniques
- Very good communication skills and fluent in english
- Willing travel
- Have own vehicles
- Female
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all activities related to the selling and promotion of products to retail, wholesalers and end users in assigned areas to meet asset targets and for developing the necessary strategies and tactics to increase the Company’s sales.
- Conceptualizes, designs, develops, documents and implements duly approved sales plans, programs and systems to ensure efficient and effective operation of his assigned sales group.
- Analyzes continuously the potential of each area/district and coordinates closely with Marketing Department in the formulation of marketing plans and programs, and sales budget to tap such potentials, help boost sales and improve the competitiveness of the sales force on the field.
- Conducts regular meetings with the sales force to review performances, thresh-out issues/problems, communicate strategies/approaches and other matters to improve sales.
- Monitors and reviews sales training programs and clinics for new hires and existing sales personnel to hone their selling skills and competitive edge.
- Keeps abreast with the current trends as well as other activities in the environment through conduct of actual client visit, review of sales reports and interaction with key accounts.
- Ensure work progress by monitoring/controlling personnel activities through performance measurement, enforcement of discipline and personnel counseling.
