Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent with significant experience in the POS terminal payment industry.
- Assertive and outgoing, good interpersonal and communication and able to work independently.
- Able to converse and write fluently in English .
- Minimum 5 years experience in hardware and service and solution sales, clients / key account management/ customer service. Preferably POS terminal industry/ banking industry.
- Good organization & project management skills.
- An ability to direct, lead, and motivate others.
- An understanding of business drivers.
- An ability to manage complex situations in resolving customer’s issues and requirement.
- Candidate will be responsible for the overall key account management, Sales & Marketing & Business development.
- To identify and generate sales opportunities in meeting sales target.
- To drive sales of products, systems and services to potential customers in meeting the company’s sales target.
- To foster existing & new clients’ satisfaction/ customer experience by developing customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending meetings, presentations, pre & post sales activities, seminars etc.
- To provide education of Sunmi product & solutions through technical presentations, pre & post sales activities, marketing event etc.
- To manage, maintain, and provide reports, forecasting and opportunity status updates
- To analyze competitive intelligence and market trends at all times whilst working closely with Country MD and Sunmi Marketing to strategically align customer accounts’ expectation, deliverables and requirement from time to time.
- Drive business growth by organizing client meet up and customer events.
- Project Management with all internal stakeholders on related sales project from initial stage till closure in ensuring all project deliverables are fulfilled in a structured and timely manner.
- Manage Customer Visits, Coordinate Customer Management, Campaign Management, Review Customer.
- Any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the Country MD from time to time.
