Persyaratan:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital fundraising or digital marketing & communications.
- Extensive experience with email marketing providers such as Mailchimp and data management systems.
- Ability to make and edit professional photos and videos to tell a story with the content.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in Indonesian and English, including various writing styles for fundraising, blogging, and social media.
- Ability to meet and prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to carry out different tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining an overview of all activity.
- Creative problem solver with attention to detail and a willingness and ability to manage administration.
- Ability to work under pressure, changing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

- Implement and develop an evolving digital marketing strategy in order to maximize all digital marketing channels and content, ensuring it is integrated with offline communications, fundraising initiatives, and campaigns.
- Responsible for creating, editing, publishing digital content on all social media channels and maintaining website blog/news. This also includes providing content to supply information and updates to current sponsors.
- Responsible for the development of campaign-specific digital media materials including design and production of video, photos, infographics, etc.
- Maximizing the awareness-raising potential of our existing social media channels and launching and developing new channels.
- Managing e-mail campaigns, particularly e-newsletter. This includes scheduling of activity, data selections, commissioning content and selection of imagery and multimedia, layout and design.
- Analysis of the results of e-mail campaigns in order to increase the number and value of donations generated. Ensure increased acquisition of email subscribers and donors from this channel.
- Management of the day to day relationship with all external actors (developers, web, and donation platform providers, tech support) relating to online channels.
- Management of data from online channels and content exchange.
- Produce detailed analysis, testing and regular reporting on all digital marketing and communications activity.
- Maintaining an overview of the list of needs which could be sponsored; finding and reaching out to potential sponsors.
