Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for the setup, configuration, installation of updates and software for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card printer and peripherals.
• Provide first level IT support for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer users.
• Proactively engages support and application team to achieve targets commitments and total customer satisfaction.
• Preparation of technical reports and any other duties
