Persyaratan:
- A university graduate, at least 4 years’ experience on e-commerce industry or courier service is preferred
- Good in English both in written and oral
- Excellent Computer literate in MS Office (excel)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill as well
- High level of commitment & dedication
- Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant local and international standards
- Work locations in Warehouse Cibitung and Hubs
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking.
- Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff/riders to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
- Create report of delivery performance by daily, weekly, and monthly
- Analyze cost and other financial information or P&L to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
- Continuous improvement to ensure great customer experience with the services
- Negotiate the best price to get the best services with our courier partners.
