Persyaratan:

• Minimum Senior High School (Preferably Diploma & Bachelor Degree)
• Have related experience as Admin Sales Property (Secondary Project) minimum 2 years
• Open for candidate experienced at Notaris PPAT and familiar with Property Administration
• Communicative, Creative, Initiative
• Able to work well under pressure
• Teamwork, accountability, dedicated, initiative and discipline

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Handling for Contractual Agreement of selling and buying by review the supporting documents to release the Statement Letter and Purchase Order to be follow up by Sales Team, input in the System/Program that sales and payment process can be monitored properly
• Administration data sales (on-process, booking and dealing sales), monitoring the documentation for dealing sales & properly filing documentation
• Ensure data sales by regular weekly update for unit sold out, unit sales and reporting sales from all Sales Team therefore data sales is always updated & Weekly reporting
• Monitoring payment progress from customer and inform to Sales Team to be follow up & Follow up the request of cancellation unit from buyer and request of gift/reward for customer
• Ensure the completing data before advertise in the portal web & Request upload to OPP Team
