Persyaratan:

• You must be fresh college leavers with Bachelor's Degree, or in final university year in any of the following fields, or similar:
  • Business IT
  • Business Systems Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Internet Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Software Development
  • Computer Networking & Hardware
  • Computer Science
• You must have knowledge of productivity tools and software
• You must have strong communication skills (English and Bahasa)
• You must have leadership potential and presentation skills
• You must be willing to do client meetings when necessary

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Determine client technical requirements and execute ground work on data gathering 
• Act as a Point of Contact for all client inquiries and support, through a seamless communication channel with the Operations team. 
• Act as Level 1 Helpdesk for client inquiries, tickets, and other client concerns, and effectively follow through until resolution
• Collaborate with all relevant departments during deployment phase to ensure successful product launch
• Provide weekly report on support activities and technical concerns
• Manage communication between clients and ProSpark (i.e emails, WhatsApp, etc) ensuring a delightful customer sales experience. 
• Support organization on ad hoc and/or special projects as necessary
