- Have a good knowledge in Software Solution and Software Technology
- Experience in a complex software implementation or custom development is an advantage
- Able to work well within the teams and other divisions
- Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly
- Able to write technical analysis and system design document
