Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Maintains the relationship with account management of allocated customer accounts as approved by Sales Manager and prepare action plan for target accounts.
• Maintains the revenue and future incremental revenue generation of existing customer accounts.
• Generates new revenue opportunities for all revenue streams that will assist Park Hotel to meet or exceed the annual revenue objectives.
• Handles group reservations in accordance with Standard Operational Procedure.
• Set clear monthly objectives and do self daily and monthly sales report.
• Answers mails/requests/leads on the same day and before deadlines (within 24 hours).
• Is fully aware of all of the hotel promotions and sells them to the best of their ability.
• Understands the exceptional value of services and provide in comparison to competitors.
• Understand kind of payment method.
• Update all daily sales activities, company profiles and contact people
