Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, microsoft word
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
- Business awareness and management skills
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Administering employee attendance, absenteeism (annual leave, sickness, permit, etc) records, follow up absenteeism and generate report
- Compile and check overtime request, administer for payroll process, ensure that the data are valid
- Raise all the issue related with attendance, absenteeism, overtime to team HR head quarter Bidakara
- Create work schedule for office assistant, driver, overseeing, monitor and control their performance, ensure that they follow all the job tasks assigned to the person
- Take note on all the complaint, input, issue from employee and/or manager and directly report to HQ HR team to gain solutions or advise (can use email/skype/wa group/phone)
- Maintain coordination and support to other departments on their requirements
- Maintain good coordination with HR Team in HQ, attending the HR catch up meeting every Monday in HQ
- Deliver Ancillary program according to schedule (Wednesday, Friday), assist in Town hall Ops.
- Monitor and control the Outsource employee (contract and daily worker) related to attendance/overtime/absenteeism
- Working closely with HSE related to security, health and safety environment
