Persyaratan:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, real estate related fields, and analyzing real estate transactions; with an understanding of financial concepts such as IRR, and DCF, and comp analysis
- You are a wizard with Excel and have experience modeling real estate financial models
- You must have a strong research, analytical and presentation ability
- You have a passion for providing living solutions for the new generation, sharing in Rukita’s mission
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment
- You must have a strategic mindset and the ability to thoroughly research opportunities and prioritize them based on impact.

- Build an unparalleled understanding of the city and sub-areas using comparable analysis and general market analysis
- Identify new acquisition/development opportunities
- Prepare and sharpen financial analysis on the feasibility of each transaction, thinking through a variety of financing and capital structures
- Build internal & external presentation documents and material
- Closely work with internal and external design & development teams to optimize asset designs
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, brokers and other real estate professionals in the market to uncover new opportunities
