Persyaratan:

• Must have connections with the property owner in Jabodetabek, especially apartments, condominiums and kost.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, from prestigious or foreign universities are preferred.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales.
• Working in hospitality or e-commerce related field is preferred.
• To be positioned in Jabodetabek and will be required to travel frequently.
• Comfort and adaptability with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handles uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent negotiation skill.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct sales pitches and presentations
• Meet or exceed sales quota
• Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and property owners
• Engage client relationships
• Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
• Prepare sales materials such as proposals or contracts
• Prepare and submit reports regularly
• Coordinate with internal department to support account business needs and requirements
