Persyaratan:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business or similar subject from reputable university
- 2-3 years experience in Brand Marketing , Media Agency would be preferable
- Experienced in organizing 360 campaigns is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid project management skills.
- Proactive with a hands-on mentality and a strong will to get things done
- Great interest in international fashion industry, trends and digital developments
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Work easily and confidently in an international environment
- Fluent in English
- Play an active role in developing and shaping the ZALORA brand image and brand communication in Indonesia Market
- Be expected to provide outstanding creative/strategic input across the campaign development. Foster innovation to always bring the campaigns one step forward compared to the competition
- Support the team on the management of exciting strategic cross-market campaigns for which you will plan, coordinate (internally and externally) and execute the marketing initiatives. This will include managing, reviewing and all creative communications to ensure all output regarding the product brand and content is correct and in line with marketing guidelines.
- Support in the planning and delivery of ATL campaigns across OOH, Billboards, Radio, Partnerships & Digital
- Collaborate with all relevant ZALORA stakeholders and ensure all work jointly to put in place the most impactful campaigns possible
- Update the yearly trade marketing campaign calendar and you manage cross-market brand launches
- Participate to the evaluation and analysis of the campaigns and brand launches
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of brand communications budgets, including raising of POs, invoicing and budget phasing.
