Persyaratan:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from Management, Business, or Communication major studies are preferably.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Accountable for performance of the Partnership Channel (sales and customer acquisition).
• Set up direction of Partnerships (priority list) & manage monthly targets independently (campaigns planning and monitoring of performance).
• Generate leads, nurture and grow relationship with senior executives in Partner Organizations.
• Lead coordination with other departments (Customer service, PR, Campaign Management, Social Media, Onsite, Offline etc.)
• Lead coordination with Regional Partnership Team.
• Manage special marketing events led by Partnerships Team .
• Set up targets and working plan for the Partnership team with Head of Marketing
• Manage the Partnership team, giving constructive feedback to grow the skillset of its members
