Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor and ensure the employee compensation and benefit are provided and distribute to eligible employee on time without complain
• Monitor and ensure the HC reports internal submitted on time with no mistake and accurate
• Contribute to other related project/tasks given by Head of Department
• Monitoring internal HC systems and database, and create detailed reports on HC costs
• Design and implement company policies
