Persyaratan:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Experience in leading a large team of at least 5 people
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Working experience in warehousing is preferred
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Proficiency in excel)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Zalora Indonesia is looking for  Team Leader to be part of ZALORA Warehouse Team. You are responsible to lead, manage and train a team of warehouse assistants to achieve the warehouse performance target and KPIs. The position is based in Cibitung.

• Supervise a team of warehouse assistants and ensure everyone is following the standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Plan the daily activities of the team and ensure the assigned tasks are completed as per plan
• Monitor the team members performance KPIs
• Responsible for employees' performance and train them on the areas for development.
• Sustain and upkeep 5S
• Drive and implement process improvements, perform detailed problem-solving in case of services failures
• Other related warehousing duties as assigned by Manager
