Persyaratan:
- Male/Female, age max 30 years
- Min. education S-1
- Min. 3 years experience as purchaser/buyer, especially from Property industry
- Hard work, excellent negotiation skill
- Good in English
- Ability to operate MS Office products is a must
- Willing to work in Daan Mogot area (West Jakarta)
- Working hours from 9 to 6 (Mon - Fri)
- Source various new vendors and maintain good relationship with existing vendors
- Negotiate the best price and good term of payment with vendors for various users need, ensure selected vendors send accurate quotation
- Open PO via Oracle system
- Follow up order on daily basis with vendors to ensure delivery on time and on schedule
- Ensure vendors deliver items with complete documentations (invoice, delivery order, receipts, quotation, tax invoice)
- Support vendors on their invoices, ensure invoices be paid by our Finance department on time as per the term of payment
- Maintain excellent relationship within other departments in the company
