Persyaratan:

• There is no requirement in terms of education and experience. However the following criterias can be a plus:
• Bachelor in any social sciences (eg. psychology, sociology, etc.)

• Experience in community mobilization / NGO

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• The Community Mobilizer (CM) will support the needs of the Life Project Center (LPC) in terms of provision of long-term local partners for the trainings and to develop strong linkage with the community that can help in the recruitment referrals, professional exposure and integration of the youth.
  Enhance local partnerships:
  • on pedagogical purpose (english, computer trainings or specific trainings according to the program), universities, companies. to support the youth integration (mock interview, company visit, job opportunity) with companies.
  • Develop the link with the local communities:
  • with the Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Government Organizations (GOs) and churches/pagodas for recruitment or partnership for projects
  • with the local / municipality authorities to support the LPC for completion of the necessary requirements for accreditation (building permit, occupancy permit, sanitary inspection permit, fire safety inspection, cases of the youth for follow-up link reports) and to follow the community development projects or events (socio-civic/community activities)
  • with the health related institutions for the medical follow-up of the youth (organize drug tests, facilitate referrals, accompany the youth for emergency cases, ensure the youth get all the information in hands in terms of health & requirements)
• Be the guardian of the LP4Y pedagogy by communicating clearly with the communities around.
  • 2-Facilitate the relationship with the youth Taking advantage of the local language, the CM will support the LPC for the recruitment of the youth and facilitate the good relationship between the youth and its family / relatives / guardians.
  • Participate actively to the youth recruitment:
  • as referrals by local religious structures (church/pagodas) for public advertisement
  • as referrals by LP4Y youth/other foundations (eg. Tulay ng Kabataan (TNK)
  • by the dispersal of leaflets and posters
  • by organizing an “orientation day”
  • by community visits in the poor areas with the team including the youth and ask support of the local barangay (if needed only)
• Facilitate the relationship with the youth and its families:
  • family visits with the coach of the program
  • dedicated meeting organization with the parents of the youth in the LPC in cooperation with the coach (in order to strengthen the family connection relationship with the youth and the program)
  • facilitation of the follow up and the communication of any information to the family in their local language.
• Report to the team and manage the administrative tasks
  The CM will regularly report to the team and ensure that all necessary documents/reports are being kept and being monitored.
• Attend to the relevant calls, meetings and seminar
• weekly conference calls, LPC Meeting
• sporadic local seminars attended by the youth
• yearly asia seminar (December) and country seminar (June)
• Actively participate to the regular reports
• by providing Weekly Report/Daily report in Drive
• by the compilation of the reports concerning the different processes of obtaining the requirements of the youth (birth certs, baptismal, etc.) , seminars attended, and other relevant information concerning youth’s welfare.
• by supporting the coaches for the update of the Action Plan and the Directory of Partners/Reports on each partnership
• By updating all the contacts of partners in the Contact Data Base
• By updating informations in the Youth Data Base
