Persyaratan:

• Minimum Bachelor degree or S1 equivalent in architecture.
• Experienced in working drawing production of high rise residential
• Having a design flair to compose materials, colors and rooms proportion.
• Written communications skills in english is a must. In Mandarin is an advantage.
• Conversant with local planning regulations and indonesia national building codes
• Conversant with CAD applications : AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up
• technical competence in specifications writting
• technical competence in coordinating with other AEC proffessionals

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• design manage and overseeing working drawing production to ensure the construction team provided with well coordinated and highly detailed working drawing.
• Ability to provide design solutions to work arround constraining factors such as : Construction Budget, efficiency ratio, local planning and National building regulations, environmental impacts, etc
• Liasing with construction professionals on aspect of constructibility and feasibility to ensure the construction drawings are produced to fulfill the targetted construction budget with a proper standard construction and design quality
• Coordinate with external AEC and internal AEC proffessionals to ensure the drawings produced are well coordinated with AEC discipline involved
