Persyaratan:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• At least 4-5  years experience  in related field will be an advantage
• Strong Administration skills essential
• English communication skills
• Use of LinkedIn as a tool to source talent is an advantage
• Experience telephone interviewing candidates and the ability to assess their suitability for different positions
• Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills and ability to priorities your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business
• A genuine passion for recruitment and matching the right skills to the right role
• Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Working with Senior Recruiters to take briefs on vacant positions and agree a sourcing strategy and timelines
• Creating pipelines and engaging with candidates, providing regular communication and updates
• Attracting, sourcing and engaging talent pools
• Supporting with advertising roles on job boards and other attraction methods
• Screening CVs through our JAZZ System and feeding back to candidates in a timely manner
• Conducting first stage phone interviews, collating notes and shortlisting for the Recruiters
• Coming up with new innovative ideas for attracting and finding the best candidates
• Supporting with project work engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
• Providing ad hoc administrative support for the Recruitment team, including interview scheduling and monitoring inboxes
