Persyaratan:
- Age 35 max.
- Bachelor of Law or Psychology.
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written.
- Capable to lead, manager, direct and organize team for excellent performance
- Have in-depth knowledge of regulatory manpower
- Knowledge of the development and implementing HR Policies and Procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce
- Excellent time management, problem-prevention and problem solving skills
- Work accurately with close attention to detail Have excellent communication skill and able to develop close relation with the other internal or external parties
- Have experiences min 5 years across all HR Disciplines Experience working with diverse workforce
- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior
- Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat
- Identify, design and implement good HR Management Practice, starting from recruitment, placement, training & development, performance evaluation, career planning and job advancement.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance of employment law and regulation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and Procedure.
- Monitor and review the performance appraisal system on Key Performance Indicators .
- Create the training structure, administer the evaluation of all training and development activities; Develop and maintain an effective partnership with Bipartite.
