Persyaratan:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources (ideally as a generalist) is required for this position.
- Must have working knowledge of the following:
- Compensation and benefits (country-specific)
- Leave management
- Database administration
- Contracts preparation and management
- Payroll administration
- Labor And Industrial Relations
- With high interest in a technology startup environment
- Must be proficient in English and Bahasa.
- The HR Officer shall provide human resources services for the HR Department for the local team in Indonesia. He/She shall assist in the assessment, development, and implementation of HR needs and services, and to provide necessary HR tools for the projects, programs and departments that the HR department supports.
- The HR Officer shall report the to Head of HR and Training and will be primarily responsible for supporting the strategic HR goals of the organization.
- The HR Officer shall, in the interim, provide Client Support Services, acting as overall company POC for any client concerns, and ensure timely and appropriate resolution there of.
