• High School graduate with broad experience as a butler are also welcome.
• Fluent in English language in order to be able to handle conversation with guest
• Ability to train and evaluate under training laborers.
• Ability to guide employees, teaching and giving them directions.
• Must be keen and little bit meticulous to details.
• Ability to supervise hotel chores, like room service, food and drinks, and the demands of customers.
• Knowledgeable about variety of food and how to make menu
• Knowledgeable about wines and spirits is a plus and oversees the wine cellar and liqueur inventory

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Cooking Indonesian & Western Food
• Serve Food and Beverage Services to the Guests
• Do the groceries shopping as required
• Housekeeper / Maintain cleanliness of all Properties
• Welcoming and Greeting the Guest on Arrival Day between Properties
• Wishes fond farewell between all properties to the guest at the time of departure.
• Ensuring that all requests from Guests are made possible and are followed up on
• To fully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions & systems
• To assist villa owner while they are here
• Problem Solving
• Rostering
