Deskripsi Pekerjaan:Zalora Indonesia is looking for a Project Leader Operations  for responsible to Plan and run projects across Warehouse, Distribution, Production and Customer Service. This role will report to Operation & Development Manager and base in South Jakarta. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make a positive difference to ZALORA, and to your career.

Responsibilities:
•Manage projects and execute improvement initiatives affecting operations or company wide
•Optimize  Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Customer Service Processes & Vendor Management – Supply Chain processes
•Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses
•Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
•Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders
•Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
•Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
•Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets
