Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Provide help desk support to Web Hosting users through conversations (live chat and phone)
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with internal team (Product, Acquisiton, Reputation Management, Finance, etc)
• Assisting Server Admin to monitor servers performance.
• Response and check abuse of service (spam / phishing)
