Persyaratan:

• At least 5 years working experience in the info-com industry
• Good technical knowledge/experience with both Voice and data or security solutions
• Multiple certifications like CCIE,CCNP, CCSA
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good customer handling skill
• Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues with customers, plus the ability to take ownership
• Takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency
• Demonstrable experience of working in design, and service delivery
• Tertiary education is preferred

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:With the expansion of our business to service our Indonesia clients, we are looking for selective highly qualify individual with the necessary experience, qualification, attitude, tenacity, aptitude and enjoy working in a fast and highly motivated team to contribute to the growing part of the Sunway\'s family. This role is to work in the service operation business unit where you will be responsible for ensuring that all the technical designs, delivery and customer satisfaction in the post-sale activities with the clients. Ensuring the projects are validated and delivered with highest quality and standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be assigned a Level 3/2/1 Solution delivery to the proposed solutions with highest standard to meet the requirement of the clients
• To provide the certification and solution support to the solution partner e.g. Cisco, Aruba, Netapps, Arista, F5, Dell/EMC, IBM, HPE, Pure Storage, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Hazelcast, Microsoft, Cloud Solution and all other certification as required
• To provide technical consultation to the group
• To raise the technical capability within the group
• To create a technical knowledge database.
