Persyaratan:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
• Excellent in Ms. Office and Internet
• Strong in detail, analytical thinking, and well organized.
• High integrity, team player, hard working, and good attitude.
• Willing to be placed in Site Office (Ciemas, Sukabumi)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitoring day to day site employee working time record (absenteeism, overtime, etc)
• Handle all employee administration
• Maintain, update, and manage employee database
• Maintain employee records manual orn in a human resource information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
