Persyaratan:
- Maximum 28 years old
- High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable institution
- At least 1 year of working experiences as Customer Service, Call Center, and related position
- Fresh graduates is considered
- Proven customer support experience
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good administration and interpersonal skill
- Having good communication in English (both oral and written)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and internet application
- Understand about digital marketing method and tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives via phone, email, or social media based on company procedures
- Processing orders, quotations, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Providing feedback on efficiency of customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform related duties as assigned
