Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Manage process evaluation in Quality Desk Team to ensure apply with CRS strategy
  • Manage process and task of Complaint Specialist to ensure apply with CRS strategy
  • Manage capacity Desk Quality Team
  • Build and send regular weekly and monthly report
  • Working with system for daily task
  • Organize required regular and non regular meeting regarding Quality Desk and Complaint Specialist.
