Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Quality Desk Collection / Call Center
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Fluent English written and speaking
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Manage process evaluation in Quality Desk Team to ensure apply with CRS strategy
- Manage process and task of Complaint Specialist to ensure apply with CRS strategy
- Manage capacity Desk Quality Team
- Build and send regular weekly and monthly report
- Working with system for daily task
- Organize required regular and non regular meeting regarding Quality Desk and Complaint Specialist.
