Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Supporting stores on IT issue Onsite and Offsite
• Doing stores troubleshotting on IT issue
• Doing IT maintenance and IT Peripherals health check periodically by schedule
• Store weekdays and weekend support as per schedule / shift
• Creating technical documentation and user manuel related with stores troubleshooting
• Preparing IT maintenance and troubleshooting check list
• Preparing IT maintenance and troubleshooting report
