Persyaratan:
- Bachelor degree
- At least have 1 year Experience as a System Administrator
- Has Experience on Cloud Management like AWS, Azure, and other similar cloud services.
- Know how: firewall policy, Active Directory, and Access management
- Maintenance, configure web server, database
- Experience on VPN, IDS, authentication, content filtering and patch management
- Experience with Linux server, Window server, Microsoft exchange, and mail server (– installing, configuring, troubleshooting, etc.)
- At least intermediate level of English
- Experience with hardware server’s maintenance – knowing the types of RAID Arrays, server parts like RAM, power supplies, etc.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Review application logs
- Install and test computer-related equipment
