Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to determine the right strategy, initiative & feature set to drive customer engagement & retention of Ruangguru products.
• Improve customer experience and drive sales, growth and conversion.
• Driving product design and planning, and writing specs of new features and enhancements
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and impact
• Integrate qualitative analysis, user feedback and marketing intelligence into product decisions
• Working closely with PR, Sales, Operation, Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Technology, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements, and to ensure each launch is carefully planned and well organized to success
