Persyaratan:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or behavioral sciences graduates are preferred
- Possess 2-3 proven working experience as UX Researcher is a must
- Thorough understanding of user experience
- Able to convey message about research findings to engineers, designers, or other stakeholders
- Excellent working knowledge of statistics and experimental method
- Extremely detail oriented
- A self-starter, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Initiate and conduct the latest research methods with a focus on identifying how we can optimize the current and future user journey
- Collect and analyze user behavior through server log, A/B testing, analytics, field study, or guerilla usability testing
- Develop and manage effective and integrated research process
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product in creating new features based on data from user
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders and carry out its value across business
